The AMANTITE vase tells a story, that of a vase which, with love, passed through many hands, those of the potter in her workshop in Marie-Galante, then those of the weaver in his workshop in Saint-François, and finally those of Damalia, a Guadeloupean publishing house which proposes to associate traditional Creole know-how with a contemporary design. And that's without counting the hand of the man who drew this vase, the designer Frederic Saulou.

With the AMANTITE vase, everything seems simple at first glance, and yet it is a vase demanding in its details: the braided band of bakoua, traditional weaving of the West Indies, is sewn by hand, the cord is delicately tied. We are in front of a Creole decoration object whose soft tones and natural materials offer a soothing atmosphere to a chic and singular house.

Bakoua braiding : the bakoua adornment of this pottery is precious... We recommend that you do not immerse it in water. You can clean gently with a sponge.
